✓  After Lunchbreak: Reads as Human
"We looked at how the organization runs today. Several things could work better, across multiple business units. But no transformation succeeds unless stakeholders are aligned behind it. So we recommend leadership take this in phases. Phasing keeps the risk down and the value lasting, for everyone involved."

FAQ

AI Humanizer for Business Writing: Common Questions

Answers to what this audience asks us most.

Models default to the safest register they have: abstract nouns, hedged verbs, 'it is recommended that,' sentences of near-identical length. The result states a position without committing to one. Run the executive summary through the [AI checker](/ai-checker) to see which paragraphs read as machine-written, then rewrite those lines in the terms you would use with the client.

Assume they might. Detection screening is part of some firms' sign-off process. Lunchbreak shows you what the major detectors — Turnitin, GPTZero, Originality.ai, Copyleaks — read in your draft, and rewrites the phrasing that reads as machine-written. What you send is still your analysis, and still your responsibility. If your client or your firm asks you to disclose AI use, disclose it.

Both. Section by section is easier to review — executive summary first, then findings, then recommendations. Nothing forces you to run the whole file at once. Paste a section, read the flagged phrasing, keep the lines you would defend and rewrite the rest. Longer documents are covered on the [pricing](/pricing) page.

It rewrites phrasing, not substance. Figures, defined terms, client names, product names and headings stay where you put them. The changes land on the writing around them — the hedging, the stacked noun phrases, the sentences that all run the same length. Compare the sample above: same finding, same recommendation, different sentences. Review the output before it goes into the deck.

That is your organization’s call. Check whether yours has a written policy on AI drafting and what it requires. Where AI drafting is allowed, the condition is often that a person reads it, edits it and signs off. Lunchbreak is that review step. It shows you what the [AI detector](/ai-detector) reads in your draft and which passages flattened into machine-written phrasing.

Standardize the review step, not the draft. When every analyst runs their section through the same check, the shared tics surface — 'leverage', 'robust framework', 'it is recommended that' — and get edited out before the document is assembled. The [AI humanizer](/ai-humanizer) rewrites those passages; your house style guide decides what replaces them.
